At Arava Exports, the manufacturing process begins with sourcing high-quality coconut husks, which are then processed to separate coir fibers from the pith. The coir pith undergoes sieving, washing, and drying to remove impurities and achieve the desired moisture content. It is then screened, graded, and compressed into various forms like blocks and briquettes. Rigorous quality control checks ensure compliance with international standards. The final products are packaged, labeled, and stored in clean, dry warehouses before being shipped worldwide.
